Job Summary
End User Computing Expert to design, deploy, and maintain SCCM/Intune device management; create Windows 11 OS images and deployment task sequences; implement BitLocker encryption with MBAM/SCCM; provide hands-on support for enterprise client migrations and rollout; drive automation and Gen AI workflows using PowerShell and Graph API; act as COE for Workplace solutions and collaborate with architects, PMs, and business teams on requirements and deployments.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Proven work Experience in Workplace – Design, deploy, manage and support End User devices using Microsoft product suites (SCCM, Intune)
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 core concepts and client-side troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with OS imaging and deployment (enterprise scale)
- Experience with MBAM / BitLocker drive encryption and recovery key operations
- Proven experience supporting Windows client migrations, advanced troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to troubleshoot deployment, encryption, and migration-related issues
- Certification on Microsoft Endpoint management, Security, Windows 11 Core preferred
