Job Summary
Own and improve the end-user technology environment by managing laptops, mobile devices, corporate accounts, SaaS access, and Google Workspace. Manage IAM, SSO, access policies, and secure access to key applications while overseeing endpoint security and device lifecycle across remote teams. Build and automate onboarding/offboarding workflows, including account provisioning and access revocation. Maintain asset management processes for hardware inventory and lifecycle replacement. Oversee Service Desk operations to ensure fast issue resolution and manage vendors, SaaS providers, and licenses. Standardize EUC processes to drive self-service, automation, and zero-touch provisioning. Fully remote work from anywhere in the world with flexible hours focused on results.
