End User Computing (EUC) Engineer

Job Summary
Design, deploy, maintain, and support end-user devices and productivity tools across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms; manage device provisioning with Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Autopilot; automate application deployment, patching, and updates; oversee hardware lifecycle management and asset inventory; install and support enterprise applications (Microsoft 365); enforce endpoint security and assist with vulnerability remediation; provide Tier 2/3 user support, develop user documentation and support processes, and collaborate with Service Desk; develop scripts to automate administrative tasks and drive continuous improvement, including support for migration initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in End User Computing or Desktop Engineering
- Strong experience with Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting
- Endpoint management tools (Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager)
- SCCM / MECM
- Windows Autopilot
- PowerShell scripting for automation
- Active Directory / Azure AD (Entra ID)
- Group Policy
- Endpoint security best practices
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and mobile device management (iOS/Android)
- Knowledge of virtualization or VDI (e.g. Windows365, Citrix)
- ITIL familiarity
- Relevant certifications: MD-102, Endpoint Administrator Associate
- CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+
