Job Summary
Develop and manage hardware development project schedules, budgets, and resources with engineering teams while communicating status to internal and external stakeholders. Work closely with partners on product development dependencies and budgets, identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and facilitating conflict resolution. Interface between customers, product engineering, and NPI cross-functional teams to set and manage milestones, synthesizing large data sets into clear stories for all organizational levels. Lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects from inception through mass production launch.
Required Qualifications
- BS or MS degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of Project Management experience handling inception to mass production customer-facing hardware, firmware, and/or software product development
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in MS Project and Microsoft Office Tools
- Mastery of the Atlassian platform (Jira and Confluence)
