Job Summary
Lead the development, execution, and refinement of the Domestic E2E strategic and operational plans, ensuring alignment with ABS-wide priorities. Provide senior-level oversight of the program model, including gospel engagement, public reading of Scripture, Bible distribution, and pathways into Christian community. Co-lead budget planning, forecasting, and financial management while contributing to revenue strategy through diversified funding models and major donor engagement. Identify and manage high-impact domestic partnerships with churches, denominations, and national ministries, serving as a senior representative to strengthen integration of the E2E model within partner organizations. Oversee strategic communications, facilitate bi-monthly partner calls and annual Global Partners Summit, and ensure high-quality data collection and reporting using ABS E2E frameworks. Mentor program staff and cross-functional collaborators while representing ABS at denominational and inter-confessional conferences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Significant experience (typically 8+ years) in faith-based nonprofit leadership

- Demonstrate desire and ability to support organizational biblical and religious goals and participate in regular work-related spiritual activities without reservation
