Job Summary
End Line Technician responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing end-line machinery to ensure production meets specifications. Responsibilities include reading PO sheets, identifying and clearing jams, reading control panel messages, assisting with line changeovers, training teammates on production practices, performing regular servicing, and upholding health, safety, and environmental standards (ISO 14001 and BRC). Requires mechanical aptitude, basic measurement skills (calipers/micrometers), problem-solving, ability to read basic technical information, and experience in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Good Mechanical aptitude is a must
- Experience in a Manufacturing facility is a plus
- Basic knowledge of US measurement
- Ability to use calipers and micrometers
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to organize own work
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Experience in mechanical maintenance and repair is a plus
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire-prevention, and environment protection regulations
