Job Summary
Encore Shop Service Technician for Crown Equipment provides local service support for lift trucks. Responsibilities include examining, repairing, replacing, and recycling lift truck parts; troubleshooting and diagnosing Crown and other makes of lift trucks; rebuilding components such as electric motors, cylinders, brake and electrical systems, drive units, and mast assemblies; performing safety operational tests and pre-delivery inspections; making adjustments and handling warranty repairs; adding/removing attachments and accessories; and performing related duties as assigned. Preferred qualifications include 3-5 years of service experience, auto body/paint experience, and welding/fabrication experience. Requires US work authorization; sponsorship not provided. Shift is 4x10s (Mon-Thu, 6a-4:30p) with opportunity for career advancement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Read and know wiring diagrams, troubleshoot, use test meters, make decisions, basic math, reason, remember and analyze
- Knowledge of basic computer functions
