Conduct operational processes for customer service, collection, delivery, distribution, and merchandise movement while adhering to company norms and pre-established schedules. Manage physical, human, and material resources, overseeing vehicle loading and unloading to ensure availability and balanced cargo distribution. Delegate tasks to subordinates based on operational needs and monitor return merchandise for proper handling and identification of damages or losses. Communicate vehicle release and routing to drivers, facilitate customer visits when necessary, and support other unit areas in resolving operational issues. Track area metrics, analyze processes for corrective actions, and disseminate corporate policy updates. Implement all People Management processes including selection, training, feedback, disciplinary measures, and scheduling. Represent the company externally through authorized letters and propose process improvements to optimize activities and reduce costs.
