Program and supervise installation, machine downtime, and vehicle maintenance services to minimize equipment non-productive time. Develop device design projects, select third-party repair services through technical evaluation and cost-benefit analysis, and oversee material receipt and inspection. Manage the area budget for personnel, investments, and maintenance while generating periodic reports on operational costs and return on investment. Execute preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance, manage fleet checklists, and ensure regulatory compliance. Administer open service orders, support the Procurement sector for parts acquisitions, and develop fleet suppliers while monitoring service execution. Maintain fleet and machine maintenance records with availability for travel between units.
