Oversee technical assistance processes, including battery analysis tracking, daily ERP entries, and monthly factory shipments. Manage the vehicle fleet by updating routing schedules in real-time, controlling fuel supply, and maintaining preventive maintenance agendas. Ensure compliance with safety norms, environmental programs for battery recycling, and the Moura Management System across all team members. Lead performance monitoring meetings and drive staff development through selection, engagement, and training initiatives.
