Conduct daily stock monitoring, receiving, inspection, and shipping of materials to clients while ensuring inventory levels and work quality meet company standards. Plan material storage layout for easy identification and handling, and coordinate transportation types for each load. Manage inventory audits with the team, schedule staff rosters, and oversee shift attendance. Enforce safety and health protocols through daily safety dialogues and ensure all work instructions are followed. Liaise with carriers and suppliers on deliveries and returns, while gathering internal client priorities to guide expedition programming. Train and supervise the team on performance activities.
