Encargado/a Tecnico de Proyectos (Concepcion)

Coordinate technical project management by supervising, reviewing, and controlling engineering projects and construction execution to ensure contract and regulatory compliance. Conduct diagnostic analysis of area processes to detect early technical errors, inconsistencies, or risks, preparing macro-level observations for management review. Supervise on-site work development to ensure adherence to legal standards and client reports, while tracking technical observations for definitive closure. Generate monthly technical reports detailing area status for project management and participate in internal or client technical meetings to safeguard company interests. Identify process deviations to promote operational improvements. Requires a civil engineering degree with at least five years of similar experience.
