Job Summary
Organize and supervise daily construction operations, coordinating internal staff and subcontractors while monitoring performance, quality, and safety standards. Manage task distribution and track work progress through direct communication with the Production and Site Managers. Perform basic material control on-site. Requires prior experience as a Site Supervisor in building and renovation, mandatory PRL training, and leadership capabilities. Availability for work in Lanzarote is essential. Includes stable contract, housing, allowances, and competitive salary based on experience.
