Job Summary
Operate encapsulation equipment independently while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure product quality. Clean equipment for transitions, build packaging boxes, match labels to batch records, and document process information. Take measurements of quality parameters including weight and length, and monitor operations to report abnormal conditions to the supervisor. Perform duties as assigned within a team environment. Requires high school diploma, one year of capsule machine experience, and ability to lift 50lbs and stand eight hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- 1 year or more operating a capsule machine in a manufacturing environment
- Must be able to read/write English
- Ability to work autonomously and use resources available to complete tasks timely
- Flexibility for overtime when needed
- Must comply with GMP requirements
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours
- Must be able to work in a physically challenging environment
- Must be able to successfully clear drug screening processes
