Job Summary
The Encapsulation Operator is responsible for set-up, operation, and cleaning of encapsulation machines while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Candidates should have experience in manufacturing and the ability to operate machinery in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina and attention to detail are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or manufacturing operations preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for the majority of the shift
- Perform repetitive tasks requiring sustained focus on the manufacturing process
- Push/pull containers weighing up to 500 lbs. and lift containers up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Manage multiple priorities in an environment with distractions and interruptions
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of cGMP regulations and production safety practices
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn and operate various machines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
