Enablement Trainer - 100% Remote - Europe

Enablement Trainer for the EMEA region to onboard and develop Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives across Europe. The role requires delivering English- and French-language training (Spanish is a bonus), coordinating onboarding on Hostaway tools, processes, and value propositions, and collaborating with sales leadership to address performance gaps. Responsibilities include delivering virtual and live training, coaching, assessments, updating enablement content and playbooks, and driving scalable learning programs across SDRs, AEs, and cross-functional teams. Travel is required domestically and internationally (approximately 10-25%). The position is 100% remote within Europe, with eligibility to work from within the applicant's country of residence.
