Job Summary
Enablement Systems & Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain automations, integrations, and AI-driven workflows that reduce manual effort and scale enablement operations across a global GTM organization. Role focuses on automation across curriculum and event management workflows, governance navigation with security/IT/engineering, platform operations and reporting, and creating technical documentation. Requires partnering with stakeholders to secure access and approvals, navigate governance, influence cross-functional teams, and operate within an enterprise enablement tech ecosystem. This hybrid role sits within LinkedIn's Go-To-Market Enablement tech operations and is not an LMS administrator role; it emphasizes turning ideas into scalable operational systems and delivering measurable enablement performance insights.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a learning and development technologist, enablement technology specialist, or related learning operations or systems role
- Demonstrated experience building automations or integrations using tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, APIs, or equivalent
- Experience working with learning technology and enablement tools, including LMS, and comparable enterprise platforms
