Job Summary

Enablement Specialist II leads onboarding and enablement activities for client engagements, tunes Oversight analytics to align with client policies, collaborates with Project Management and Technical Delivery on timelines and system refinements, and trains clients on analytics, dashboards, and exception-resolution processes. The role requires client-facing communication and consultative skills, strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects, and a track record of documenting requirements and operational decisions. Works cross-functionally with client success, support, and product teams to drive adoption, capture feedback, and contribute to training materials and process improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in client-facing implementation/onboarding/enablement or professional services
  • experience leading trainings, configurations, and client sessions
  • ability to work cross-functionally with technical delivery, project management, and client success teams
  • strong written documentation and training materials skills
  • ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • comfort with fast-paced environments and evolving client needs
  • experience balancing client priorities and delivering enablement outcomes
  • ability to drive adoption and identify workflow improvements
