Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

Manage the Enablement Platform (Seismic), including CMS and LMS user access, content uploads, governance, and system configurations. Coordinate with the enablement team to ensure training content is properly formatted and deployed while providing technical support for LMS users and troubleshooting issues. Track and report on training progress and course completion rates, ensuring compliance with U.S. government data security standards. Create documentation such as user guides and job aids, and leverage AI-powered tools and analytics to streamline workflows and generate insights. Stay updated on LMS trends and best practices to optimize team operations and enhance customer/employee experiences. This individual contributor role reports to the Senior Manager of Global Learning Operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as an Enablement Platform Administrator or in a similar role
  • Experience with Seismic Training & Coaching module & Content module or similar systems
  • Experience with e-learning standards (e.g., SCORM, AICC) and learning technologies
  • Experience communicating technical information effectively to non-technical users
  • Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Doc, Google Sheet, Google Form)
  • Experience with data manipulation
  • Access to an office location is required
  • Minimum 2 days per week in-office expectation

Desired Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a systems, operations, or related role within a high-growth, global organization
  • Strong understanding of learning management systems, content management systems, and project management tools
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and optimize processes, with a focus on efficiency and scalability
  • Experience in developing data strategies and using data to drive decision-making and program improvements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently to drive projects to completion
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing ambiguity with confidence
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
