Job Summary
Partner with Data Center Operations teams to map existing processes, gather stakeholder feedback, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work. Develop and implement internal tools, automations, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions that address defined operational needs, then test, refine, and support their deployment. Create and maintain clear documentation, SOPs, and training materials while helping employees understand and incorporate new tools into daily workflows. Collaborate across Operations, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Supply Chain to deliver improvements, track metrics on adoption and time saved, and recommend practical enhancements based on data and user feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to understand operational workflows, identify process gaps, and recommend practical improvements
- Experience translating operational needs into clear requirements, documented processes, or internal solutions
- Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, user guides, training materials, or other operational documentation
- Ability to test solutions, gather user feedback, troubleshoot common issues, and iterate on tools or processes
- Familiarity with operational metrics and the ability to use data to evaluate adoption, efficiency, errors, or solution health
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate follow-up actions, and deliver defined work with guidance when complexity or risk increases
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain tools and technical concepts to non-technical employees
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in operations, data centers, infrastructure, logistics, manufacturing, or another technical or operational environment
- Experience with process improvement, workflow management, reporting, automation, or internal tool development
- Familiarity with scripting, SQL, low-code platforms, AI tools, dashboards, or business systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
