Enablement Lead

Job Summary
Enablement Lead responsible for designing, building, and running onboarding and enablement programs end-to-end for the GTM team, starting with ramping new Runners through hands-on labs, certification gates, and real product use, and expanding to scale across the company. You will own the content, calendar, and certification gates, shape AI-native enablement by designing interactive sessions and voice agents that simulate customer calls and test product knowledge, and ensure new hires move from signed offer to certified and selling. You will work directly with the VP of Go-to-Market and Head of Operations, building a world-class onboarding program, driving down ramp time, and enabling the field as new products and segments launch. The role emphasizes building with impact, not slide decks, and requires a track record of designing onboarding or training programs that improve performance, fluency with AI in enablement, and credibility with revenue teams. Location preference includes NYC with hybrid/remote options; there is potential for broader US remote work.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enablement, sales, customer success, or another GTM role where you built programs that made other people better
