Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, the Enablement Expert will design, implement, and optimize training programs and processes to enhance the performance of sales teams and dealers in selling intralogistics solutions and software. Responsibilities include creating sales training plans, managing content translation, conducting personalized training sessions, and measuring the effectiveness of enablement initiatives through KPIs. Candidates should have a technical/commercial background in automated intralogistics solutions, availability to travel up to 50%, and experience in sales training, complemented by strong communication and analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in sales enablement or training
- Degree in engineering, business administration or similar
- Fluency in English with negotiation skills
- Ability to participate in complex professional conversations
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with intralogistics solutions
- Experience in sales enablement
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for interpreting plans
- Experience in consultative selling
