Job Summary
Orchestrate end-to-end logistics for in-person and virtual training events, managing venue selection, catering, and on-site technology while ensuring flawless scheduling and learner communications. Act as the event "Producer" and "Emcee," operating core delivery platforms with full proficiency to manage live interactions, polls, and Q&A sessions while following facilitation guides. Partner with Workplace and TRO teams to coordinate seamless handoffs and vendor delivery, maintaining accurate program data and zero critical errors. Synthesize post-session feedback into actionable insights for content designers and document delivery processes in the team knowledge base. Based in Chicago for a hybrid model, this role requires a minimum of two years in event management and one year in training delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event management
- Ideally 1 year of experience in training management or enablement delivery
- Foundational knowledge of adult learning principles
- Proven ability to communicate with precision and build trusted partnerships
- Immaculate attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams without sacrificing quality
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Confidence to emcee for large groups of enterprise sales and services professionals
- Full proficiency in operating delivery platforms (Zoom, LMS)
- Experience with Mac and Google Suite
