Job Summary

Lead and manage the Sushi Chef team to produce high-quality, sustainable food products in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for preparing fresh ingredients by hand (including meat and raw fish), accurately labeling products for lawful food safety and allergen compliance, and maintaining audit standards for food safety and health & safety in line with EHO expectations. Accountable for the kiosk and team performance, ensuring cleanliness and a safe on-site environment, with forward planning and multitasking across duties. Must demonstrate initiative, be adaptable, customer-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team, with early morning shifts starting around 6am. Prior leadership experience, ability to build confidence and capability in the team, and a strong understanding of brand standards and company policies are required.
