Job Summary
Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift, while accurately labelling products to ensure lawful compliance around food safety and allergen standards. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safe environment for customers by cleaning workspaces and storerooms as required. Act as a skilled multitasker in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards independently or as part of a team while always happy to help customers. Work early shifts starting at 6am, demonstrating initiative and a 'can do' attitude to continually learn and improve skills.
