Job Summary
Sushi Gourmet is hiring a Part-time Sushi Chef in Oxford. The role involves preparing fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish, accurately labelling products to ensure allergen compliance and lawful food-safety standards, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work as part of a team or independently, with early morning shifts starting around 6:00am and weekend availability.
