Job Summary
Security Agent responsible for safeguarding property, employees and patrons of the hotel; patrol designated area, be alert for fire hazards and unsafe conditions, follow Emergency Response Plans, maintain good public relations with guests, prepare detailed incident/accident reports after each shift, and complete relevant paperwork. Must be able to quickly diffuse situations while remaining polite, diplomatic, and professional in alignment with hotel policies. Strong emphasis on communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail to ensure guest and staff safety within a hospitality environment.
