Job Summary
Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on property facilities and equipment, including plumbing, electricity, telecommunications, heat, carpentry, and decorating. Assist guests regarding property facilities while conducting routine inspections to handle basic repairs and maintenance requirements. Coordinate and oversee contractors and external providers to ensure work aligns with service agreements, and maintain daily logs of asset repairs. Liaise with teams to minimize disruption for guests while adhering to safety regulations, security protocols, and environmental commitments.
