Lead the Food & Beverage Operations team by assisting in mentoring and training staff while supervising delegated duties to ensure brand standards are maintained. Liaise with the kitchen to guarantee the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal for guests. Maintain a service-focused presence, leveraging strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities to lead by example.
