Job Summary

Lead the kiosk team and ensure high standards of food safety and allergen compliance while preparing fresh ingredients by hand; manage shifts starting early (6am) and maintain audit standards for food safety; oversee labeling of products and overall cleanliness and safety on site; demonstrate initiative, teamwork and a proactive approach to improving processes and product quality in a fast-paced sushi environment.
