Set up banquet rooms by arranging tables, chairs, and place settings according to event designs. Prepare buffet stations with chafing dishes and serving utensils, then welcome guests to their tables while distributing menus and introducing the dining format. Make and provide bar tenders with drink orders, serving appetizers, main dishes, and desserts professionally and timely. Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices throughout the course of action, while maintaining proper item freshness on food and beverage stations. Respond promptly to guest requests, communicate service timing with kitchen staff, and assist in solving complaints courteously. Carry out all assignments per company policies, attend pre- and post-event briefings, and assist in cleaning up banquet rooms after functions.
