Conduct pre-employment screenings, provide body mechanics training, and perform ergonomic assessments to implement on-site prevention programs. Promote health initiatives, collaborate with HR and safety teams, and develop wellness and work simulation programs while tracking program outcomes. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards through frequent walking, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. This role requires a current Wisconsin EMT license and is available full-time (40 hours/week) at Unify Health Services, a national women-owned provider specializing in workers' compensation and disability services.
