Job Summary
EMT position in a physician-office setting with SSM Health Dean Medical Group in Madison North Point, WI. Responsibilities include patient rooming, assisting with in-office procedures, administering injections and vaccines, and performing general clerical tasks in the Epic EMR. Requires WI-licensed EMT/Paramedic or WI-licensed LPN with 7:00am-5:00pm Monday–Friday schedule (no nights, weekends, or holidays). High school diploma or GED (or 10 years of work experience) is required. The role involves direct patient care, EKG duties (12-lead), equipment stocking, and assisting RN/Physician; offers a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- State of WI Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA) and Driver’s License
- State of WI Advanced EMT or EMT-Basic or EMT-Intermediate - Wisconsin Department of Public Health (IDPH)
- State of MO Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT) - Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services or EMT - Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services
- State of OK Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT) - Oklahoma State Department of Health or EMT - Oklahoma State Department of Health or EMT Intermediate - Oklahoma State Department of Health or EMT - National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT)
