Job Summary
EMT role providing medical care to employees and guests, emergency transportation when needed, and maintenance of medical equipment and records; requires active EMT certification (NJ/NY/PA) with CPR, 18+ years old, valid driver’s license, and ability to input data and operate medical computer systems; duties include safety inspections of park facilities and handling patient care in a one-to-one setting, including lifting patients with assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have a VALID Drivers License
- Must be an Active NJ, NY, PA State or Nationally Certified EMT, with current certifications including CPR
- Must be able to read and write legibly
- understand all medical terms and have understanding of computer input programs
- Ability to maintain composure and treat guest(s) or employee(s) on a one-to-one treatment environment
- Ability to perform EMT care inclusive of Lifting Adult individuals onto and off of stretchers with the assistance of only one other person (Approx. 100 lbs)
