Job Summary
Industrial Medical Provider (PRN) on-site at a manufacturing plant in Tomahawk, WI. Deliver care within OSHA first aid guidelines, respond to workplace illnesses and injuries, administer vaccines and immunizations, conduct pre-employment physicals and return-to-work evaluations, and lead injury prevention and wellness initiatives. Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management to enhance workplace wellness; provide on-site preventive care and fitness programs, track program metrics, and support overall occupational health initiatives. Shifts include Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–1:30 AM (10-hour shifts) with occasional opportunities on Fridays and Saturdays; safety equipment provided and role emphasizes adaptability and hands-on care.
Required Qualifications
- EMT, Paramedic, LPN, or RN certification or licensure in your state
- CPR/BLS
- Six months to one year of professional experience
