Job Summary
Respond quickly and effectively to on-site medical emergencies, providing first aid and life-saving care while assessing injuries to determine necessary actions. Communicate with medical professionals for instructions, engage with clients regarding workplace incidents, and accurately document all patient assessments and treatments. Maintain high clinical standards, stay aware of changing worksite environments to mitigate risks, and assist Site Safety Managers in promoting a secure work environment. This role requires 911 experience and BLS certification, offering a dynamic mix of clinical and field work with a Monday through Friday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Active EMT or Paramedic license in the applicable state
- Current BLS certification
- At least 2 years of experience in an emergency setting (e.g., ER department or 911 ambulance service)
- 911 experience
- Flexibility with scheduled hours and days to accommodate construction needs
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
