Job Summary
Collaborate with departments to ensure employees receive appropriate care and programs, while formulating individualized health risk assessment programs and adjusting interventions as needed. Assist with annual physicals, screenings, and testing, then coordinate client referrals and follow-up evaluations with detailed documentation. Conduct training sessions for regulatory requirements, provide one-on-one counseling, and consult with partners to navigate care. Ensure a safe working environment by following organizational policies and utilizing electronic medical records to register patients and document visits. Base pay ranges from $20-28 hourly based on experience. Licensed Emergency Medical Technician or Paramedic required with current BLS.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Emergency Medical Technician
- Licensed Paramedic
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels throughout an organization
- Ensure business is conducted in a timely, confidential, courteous, and professional manner
- Knowledge of specific disease and lifestyle related topics such as smoking cessation, weight management, nutrition, stress reduction and chronic condition
- Optimistic, understanding, innovative, conscientious
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, employees, and the public
- May need to travel between clinics
