Perform physical examinations and establish medical histories to determine donor suitability at plasma donation centers. Build rapport with donors to ensure customer satisfaction while ensuring donor and staff confidentiality. Evaluate and manage donor injuries, administer the Hepatitis Vaccine program, and provide counseling regarding unacceptable test results. Assist in employee training and perform evaluations of illness history or medications to ensure continued donor suitability. Work involves standing or sitting for up to four hours daily, with light lifting of 15 lbs and potential exposure to biological fluids and extreme cold.
