EMT or Paramedic or LPN

Perform physical examinations, establish medical histories, and evaluate donor suitability to determine eligibility for plasma donation. Build rapport with donors, ensure confidentiality, and provide education on general health and counseling for unacceptable test results. Evaluate and manage donor injuries, adverse events, and histories of illness or medications. Assist in employee training and administer the Hepatitis Vaccine program. This role requires current licensure as an EMT, Paramedic, or LPN with CPR certification. Work involves standing and sitting for up to four hours daily, with potential exposure to biological fluids and extreme cold in freezers.
