EMT or Paramedic

Conduct physical examinations, establish medical histories, and evaluate donor suitability for plasma donation. Build rapport with donors, ensure confidentiality, and provide education regarding general health and counseling for unacceptable test results. Evaluate and manage donor injuries, adverse events, and histories of illness or medications. Administer the employee Hepatitis Vaccine program and assist in staff training. Perform evaluations of donor suitability while maintaining donor and staff confidentiality. This role involves working in a plasma donation center with exposure to biological fluids and electrical equipment. Candidates must be licensed as an EMT, Paramedic, LPN, or RN with current CPR certification.
