Center Medical Specialist role performing medical screenings for plasma donors at a Grifols plasma donation center. Responsibilities include conducting physical examinations and medical histories to determine donor suitability, building rapport with donors, ensuring donor and staff confidentiality, educating donors about health and potential test results, evaluating and managing donor injuries and adverse events, assisting in employee training, administering the Hepatitis vaccine program, and supporting the overall donor-care workflow. Requires active licensure/certification in the applicable state (RN/LPN/LVN/Paramedic/EMT) and current CPR certification; work environment is in a plasma center with exposure to biological fluids and standard PPE.
