EMT or Paramedic

Conduct physical examinations and establish medical histories to determine donor suitability for plasma donation centers. Build rapport with donors to ensure customer satisfaction while ensuring confidentiality and managing donor injuries or adverse events. Provide donor education regarding general health and counseling on unacceptable test results. Evaluate donor history of illness or medications to ensure continued suitability. Assist in employee training and administer the Hepatitis Vaccine program. Perform duties involving standing, sitting, bending, and light lifting up to 50lbs, with exposure to biological fluids and extreme cold in freezers. Requires current licensure as an EMT Basic, Advanced EMT, or Paramedic, plus CPR certification.
