Job Summary
Perform physical examination and medical history assessment to determine donor suitability; build rapport with donors to ensure customer satisfaction; ensure donor and staff confidentiality; educate donors on general health and potential hazards; evaluate and manage donor injuries/adverse events; administer hepatitis vaccination program; assist in employee training; provide counseling regarding laboratory test results and health status; maintain donor suitability through evaluation of illness history/medications; support in training and education within the plasma donation center. Requires EMT, Paramedic, or LPN licensure/certification, HS diploma or GED, and CPR certification. Required Qualifications
- Educated and currently certified/licensed in the state of employment as an Emergency Medical Technician, Paramedic or Licensed Practical Nurse
- HS diploma or GED
- Current CPR certification
