EMT or LPN

Perform physical examinations and establish medical histories to determine donor suitability at plasma donation centers. Build rapport with donors to ensure customer satisfaction while ensuring donor and staff confidentiality. Manage donor injuries and adverse events, providing education on general health and counseling regarding unacceptable test results. Evaluate donor histories of illness or medications to ensure continued suitability and assist in employee training. Administer the employee Hepatitis Vaccine program. Handle exposure to biological fluids, electrical equipment, and extreme cold conditions in freezers. Requires current CPR certification, state licensure as an EMT, LPN, or RN, and ability to work standing or sitting for up to four hours daily.
