EMT

Perform physical examinations and establish medical histories to determine donor suitability for plasma donation centers. Build rapport with donors to ensure customer satisfaction while evaluating and managing donor injuries and adverse events. Provide donor education regarding general health and counseling for unacceptable test results, ensuring donor and staff confidentiality. Administer the employee Hepatitis Vaccine program and assist in staff training. Work involves standing and sitting for up to four hours daily, with light lifting to 50 lbs and exposure to biological fluids. Position requires current licensure as an EMT, Paramedic, LVN, or LPN, along with CPR certification.
