EMT

Conduct physical examinations and establish medical histories to determine donor suitability at our plasma donation center. Build rapport with donors to ensure customer satisfaction while ensuring donor and staff confidentiality. Evaluate and manage donor injuries and adverse events, providing education on general health and counseling regarding unacceptable test results. Perform evaluations of illness or medication history to ensure continued donor suitability, assist in employee training, and administer the Hepatitis Vaccine program. Requires current certification as an EMT, Paramedic, or LPN, plus CPR certification.
