Perform physical examinations and establish donor medical histories to determine donor suitability; build rapport with plasma donors to ensure satisfaction; ensure donor and staff confidentiality; educate donors on health, provide counseling regarding test results; evaluate and manage donor injuries and adverse events; evaluate medical history or medications to maintain donor suitability; assist in employee training and participate in Hepatitis vaccination program; work in a plasma donation center with exposure to biological fluids and cold environments; role requires standing/sitting for several hours and adherence to PPE and safety protocols.
