Job Summary
Center Medical Specialist role performing donor-related medical evaluations at Grifols plasma donation centers. Responsibilities include conducting physical examinations and medical history to determine donor eligibility, building rapport with donors, ensuring donor and staff confidentiality, educating donors on health matters and interpreting test results, evaluating donor injuries and adverse events, assisting in employee training, and administering the Hepatitis Vaccine program. Requires licensure/certification in the applicable state and CPR certification; work located in plasma center environments with exposure to biological materials and infectious risks. Required Qualifications
- Educated and currently certified/licensed in the state of employment according to state requirements as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Paramedic, or EMT
- Current CPR certification required
