EMT- Full Time

Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) - Full Time. Provide emergency medical care following Paramedic protocols, operate and utilize EMT equipment including defibrillator, patient monitoring devices, oxygen and suction equipment, and document patient information while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights. Communicate with patients and families to convey care actions, act as EMS team member for scene and unit management, and drive the ambulance on emergency responses. Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel and fellow Paramedics; adhere to safety procedures and policies. Must be able to meet physical demands and pass the Physical Agility Test. Education and licensure requirements include High School diploma or equivalent, State EMT license (EMT/EMT-I/AEMT), State Driver’s License, BLS, and NREMT certifications.
