Job Summary
Provide quality health care services to residents including emergency medical treatments, initial and detailed assessments, medication delivery, medical documentation, and life-sustaining interventions. Oversee all shift activity within the program, managing resident safety, movement, and programming while supporting administrative tasks for behavioral health clients. Requires a National EMT license in good standing, CPR/First Aid certification, and a high school diploma. Shifts run 7PM to 7AM on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Compensation ranges from $21.79 to $27.24 hourly with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and tuition assistance after 30 days.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- National EMT License or Washington EMT license in good standing
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Must be able to complete all required medical, company and facility contract requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to work nights
- Must pass pre-employment drug testing
- Must pass drug testing during employment
Desired Qualifications
- 1-year previous experience as EMT
- 1-year previous experience working with population with substance use and/or mental health disorders
